The code currently implements a translations between the Warsaw, SILH bases and Higgs Bases based on the LHCHXSWG draft. 


**Constraints from data**

  * LEP data: information is all available, details & structure of implementation should be decided [Adam Ken ]
  * Higgs signal strengths: using existing software seems the most reasonable avenue. We have a Lilith author here which would be a nice place to start.[Florian Ken Jeremy Veronica]
