The main purpose of the MC-Tools 2nd session is to follow up the needs arising from Beyond the Standard Models being explored at the LHC now and in the future. One example is the LLP activity for which the simulation challenges call for a dedicated effort. Another important topic  is advancing the discussions on recasting aspects.
