We aim at understanding how variations within the perturbative part of the event simulation is affected or interacting with non-perturbative modeling as quantified through a re-tuning at these variations. This is a very first exploratory step in this direction, to be carried out with minimal assumptions at LEP to set the scene for potential further studies.
