Contact (Thomas)

Context: VLQ decays to SM bosons and 3rd generation quarks are being intensively studied at LHC. Underlying models which contain VLQs often also contain other BSM resonances which can be lighter than the VLQs (e.g. pseudo-Goldstone bosons in composite models, additional Higgses in SUSY+VLQ models, leptoquarks, etc.).

At Les Houches 2017, possible decays of VLQs through BSM resonances have been classified.(p13 ff) The phenomenology and bounds of VLQs with exotic decays have only been studied in very few examples.

Plan:

• Implement VLQ decays through BSM resonances
• Use existing recast searches to survey bounds on exotic decays of VLQs
• pair production
• single production
• link to UV anomaly group (VLQ → LQ)
